LITTLE KISS
Ingredients
- 30 ml red vermouth
- 5 ml elderflower syrup
- 60 ml MVSA Brut Rosé
- violet or another small edible flower
Suggestion: want something more original? Replace the red vermouth with sloe gin and make your cocktail fruitier and more subtle.
Equipment
- champagne coupe
- jigger
- shaker
- ice cubes
- crushed ice
Method
- Chill the champagne coupe by filling it with crushed ice.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and pour in the red vermouth and elderflower syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Empty the champagne coupe and pour in the cocktail without the ice.
- Finish off with MVSA Brut Rosé.*
- Decorate with a little edible flower.
*Suggestion: want more or less bubbles? Adjust the quantity of MVSA to suit your taste.
