What says ‘celebration’ better than a fruity mocktail? And you can drink as much of this one as you want! With 0% alcohol, it’s lighter than the classic version, but just as sweet, juicy and sparkling. Whether you’re a master of the cocktail shaker or a complete beginner, three ingredients are all you need to create this aromatic drink in the twinkling of an eye.

Ingredients

• 100 ml MVSA 0%*
• 30 ml pear juice
• 1 sprig thyme

Equipment

• champagne coupe or vintage glass
• stirrer
• crushed ice

Method

1. Fill the glass with crushed ice and leave it to chill for a few minutes.
2. Empty the glass and pour in the pear juice.
3. Finish off with MVSA 0%.*
4. Stir gently.
5. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.

*Suggestion: do you prefer more or less bubbles? Adjust the quantity of MVSA to suit your taste.
