Characteristics
Intense lemon yellow colour with greenish reflections. Aromatic complexity of white fruits, wood and almond notes. On the palate, there is good acidity, fine bubbles and a delicate, well integrated mousse. Some vanilla notes from the French cask, mixed with white fruit flavours such as apple. Intense and balanced finish.

Gastronomy
Recommended for cava lovers. To drink on its own or as an aperitif. Combines well with red meat, poultry, seafood and blue fish. Serve at 5-6ºC.

First fermentation in stainless steel tanks thermo-regulated at 16ºC. Once fermented, the cava is aged for 3 months in French oak barrels. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, according to the traditional method.
